"Cactus" 11x14 Original Painting
Original 11x14 Acrylic on Canvas Painting.
This cactus Plein Air painting was created during my weeklong painting retreat in Spain. One day we were told to find a spot amongst the villa to paint, and I chose a quiet spot with a perfect view of this cactus. This was one of my first plein air paintings, and the amount of green variation can be attributed to the fact that I wasn't able to mix the same green color twice! Overall this became my favorite painting of my week.
